Drawing entities and shapes

Drawing lines takes two clicks, first click defines the beginning of the line, second click defines the end of the line.

After the first click and you're moving the mouse around, you can press the "L" key for LENGTH and enter a value. You should notice that continuing to move the mouse around that the line being drawn will remain at that specified Length.

The same concept applies when drawing a line at a specific angle. Press the "A" key and entering a specific angle will cause the line to remain at that angle and continuing to move the mouse will only affect its length.

You can do both, press "A", enter and angle then press "L" and enter a length. Even though moving the mouse around after entering both the angle and length does nothing to the line being drawn since both its angle and length are set, you still need to left click a second time (any where in the drawing) and this will begin the next line to draw (starting from the end point of the previous line drawn).

Note: When using the shortcut key "A", you can notice in the Ortho-Angle-From tool box that the Use Angle button remains turn ON. Turn this button OFF to stop drawing lines at an angle.
